    Do I need a referral to visit Dr Erzetic?

    Yes. Part of the consultation fee is refundable by Medicare. You will require a referral by your practitioner to be eligible for this rebate.

    What should I bring to the consultation?

    Please bring the following items to your initial appointment

    • Your X-rays if you have them
    • Your Medicare card
    • A copy of your referral
    • Private insurance details (if you have Private Health Insurance)
    • A list of current medications you are taking.

    If I am uninsured can I still be treated by Dr Erzetic?

    Yes, of course. There are a number of reasonable and cost-effective options that Dr Erzetic offers for treatment.

    What fees are involved when having surgery with Dr Erzetic?

    At the time of consultation, Dr Erzetic will provide a comprehensive and Informed Financial Consent that will provide all fees and item numbers necessary for yourself and your health fund.

    Does all surgery require a general anaesthetic?

    No. Depending on the complexity of your procedure and specific patient needs, you may be suitable for the procedure to be done under local anaesthetic in the Greenslopes Specialist Suite.

    What post-operative care advice will I be given following surgery?

    Dr Erzetic will provide a comprehensive brochure to cover all aspects of post-operative care after surgery.
